Dr. Willard's Water Clear Concentrate contains about twice the patented catalyst of the XXX Concentrate. The Clear Concentrate must be diluted according to instructions to ensure maximum effectiveness: add one liquid ounce (two tablespoons) of Dr. Willard's Water Clear Concentrate to one gallon of distilled, spring, filtered or tap water. Do not use carbonated water.

What is Willard Water?
Willard Water is an altered form of water that has been activated with the addition of a patented micelle catalyst developed by Dr. John W. Willard PhD.
