L-Theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea that promotes relaxation without the drowsiness or negative side effects associated with other calming agents. L-Theanine also supports healthy cardiovascular function through this relaxing effect as well as its antioxidant properties.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 L-Theanine Vcaps 1 to 3 times daily as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Free of: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, soy, corn, egg or preservatives.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

Warnings: As with all dietary supplements, do not take this product if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or taking any prescription medications without prior medical consultation. Please keep out of reach of children. Do to its calming effects, it’s not recommended that you consume alcoholic beverages while taking L-Theanine. Do not take L-Theanine before driving or operating machinery.
