Super Earth® Brewer's Yeast Flakes are made from a select strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that is carefully grown on non-GMO-certified sugar beet molasses.

This nutrient-dense formula is not fortified with USP vitamins like other nutritional or Brewer's yeast products on the market. Instead its rich nutritional profile is inherently derived without added nutrients, fillers, sweeteners, flavors and colors and made into lightly toasted, miscible flakes so that it can be innocuously sprinkled onto baked goods, salads and incorporated into shakes for improved texture and added nutrition.

Not only is this farm-to-table product non-GMO, it is also free of most allergens (e.g., gluten, soy, milk).
