Our Organic Legends of China Green Tea (camellia sinensis) comes from high in the mountains of the Fujian Province of China and is grown without pesticides, with natural fertilizer and with careful attention for the preservation of the ecosystem. the caffeine content of our organic green tea is approximately 20 to 30 mg. of caffeine per cup. (Black tea contains 80 to 120 mg. and coffee contains 100 to 200 mg.) Tea bags are oxygen bleached. Green tea is considered to be one of the healthiest beverages you can drink on the planet today. Brewing Instructions:
