Each Softgel Contains:
Collagen (Sourced from Bovine - certified BSE free) 400 mg
Bromelain Extract (Bromelia ananas 120:1) 50 mg
(Equivalent to 120 GDU)

Other ingredients: Safflower Oil, Lecithin, Yellow Beeswax, Gelatin, Glycerin, water.

Contains no artificial preservatives, colours, sweeteners, eggs, fish, dairy products, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.

Recommended Adult Dosage:
Take with food, four (4) softgels per day, two (2) in the morning and two (2) in the evening. Avoid taking at bedtime.
