A proprietary compound of samambaia (polypodium decumanum), reishi (ganoderma lucidum), lion's mane (hericuim erinaceus), rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis), motherwort (leonurus cardiaca), distilled water, 40% organic grain alcohol and vegetable glycerine.

Suggested Use:
Take 10-15 drops 2-3 times daily or as recommended by a physician.

Shake well before use.
