Supplement Facts
Each capsule/tablet contains:
Sterols (from pine) 20 mg 60 mg
Sterolins (from pine) 0.2 mg 0.6 mg

Other ingredients: rice flour, magnesium silicate. Vegetarian capsules.

Directions:
As a food supplement, take one capsule/tablet three times daily or two upon rising and one before bed. For best results, take with water or juice between meals.
