Ginkgo leaves and green tea leaves are valued for their beneficial antioxidant content. (Our green tea is naturally decaffeinated to maintain antioxidant levels.) These leaves are then blended with other revered Chinese herbs including ginseng, eleuthero (commonly called "Siberian ginseng"), astragalus, poria, fo-ti and licorice root - herbs considered uplifting to the spirit. Enjoy this tea any time of day, and either hot or iced.

Ingredients:
Ginkgo biloba leaf, naturally decaffeinated green tea leaves, poria fruiting body, fo-ti (he shou wu) root, licorice root, American ginseng root, astragalus root, eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) root.

Brewing Directions:
HOT TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bag, squeeze gently into the cup.

ICED TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tea bags. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bags, squeeze gently into the cup, then add ice.

For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits. For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.
