Mill Creek Biotene H-24 Conditioner Phase II

Biotene H-24 Conditioner makes your hair thicker and fuller naturally. This conditioner is a concentrated formula, rich in all 22 amino acids and panthenol that improves strength, increases moisture, reduces brittleness, and encourages healthy hair.

Free of: Parabens, SLS/SLES, Propylene Glycol, Artificial Colors.

Directions:
Always shampoo first with Biotene H-24 Natural Shampoo Phase I, as these products have been formulated to work as a complete hair maintenance program. Massage small amount of conditioner through your hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse, and follow with Biotene H-24 Scalp Emulsion Phase III.
